Tsukiji Fish Market (7) The end

The end of a hard days work until it starts all over again super early tomorrow!




The final product for sale.





This is actually shaved fish, using a machine, looks like wood shaving but is fish shavings and tastes good.










A cupful of little baby fish somethings!!!

    Gees its a wonder we have any fish left swimming in our oceans, may have to go on a fish hunger strike!!

    You're not wrong and it happens 6 days a week. The auction room is huge, so many hundreds of huge tuna worth thousands of dollars.
    However the Japanese are the healthiest people in the world, with the longest life span - must be from eating all that fish!
